Complaints procedure

We think it is very important that you are satisfied with the care provided to you! If you are not satisfied, we sincerely hope that you will share your complaint or suggestion with us. We always want to look for a solution together with you. This gives us the opportunity to resolve your complaint, but also to prevent similar complaints in the future. If you have a problem or complaint, please report this directly to the employee who treated you. Or fill in the complaint form below.

Process

We will then talk to each other to see if we can resolve your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the solution we offer you, you can turn to the complaints committee of our professional association: the Dutch Association of Skin Therapists (NVH). This complaints committee is independent and they will handle your complaint with the greatest possible care. More information about how to submit a complaint can be found on the website of the Dutch Association of Skin Therapists.
