We listen first and then we devise a treatment plan together with you!
Make an appointment
At Huidzorg Delft do we work only at appointment. By our online appointment portal you can book your appointment with us:
How to use the appointment portal?
Please view our manual for more information on how to use the appointment portal.
Change your appointment
To change your appointment, you can contact us by phone or email during opening hours. You can also email us outside of opening hours or leave a voicemail.
You must change your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in time or do not come to your appointment, we will charge you for the time you have reserved. After all, we haven’t been able to help anyone else, that 48-hour limit allows us to give that appointment to another client. You will receive an invoice by e-mail from us, because your health insurer will not reimburse these costs.
For the first intake interview we always reserve 30 minutes. If we need more time, an additional conversation will be scheduled. During the intake interview, all your questions, wishes and expectations will be discussed with you. One of our team will examine your skin and ask you questions about your skin complaint(s). We will then give you advice and draw up a personal treatment plan in consultation with you. An appointment can be scheduled for the first treatment(s), after you have given oral and written permission.
Prior to the intake interview, we will send you an information package of our practice and a medical questionnaire. We ask you to take these completed and signed to the intake interview. It is important for us to know the state of your general health, then we can take that into account during the treatment. If applicable, bring your medicine list and/or a referral letter. If you are under the age of 16, your parent or guardian is required to attend the intake interview with you.
Compensation and referral
The reimbursement of treatments by a skin therapist differ with each health insurer. The fee depends on the type of treatment appropriate for your complaint(s) and the type of health insurance you have. Many therapies are partially or completely reimbursed. Your health insurer can tell you exactly what rights you have to reimbursement.
To be eligible for compensation, you will need a referral from your GP or specialist. But you don’t need a referral for all our treatments. You can also contact us on your own initiative to make an appointment.
