We treat by appointment only. Call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or sign up via the contact form. We will contact you as soon as possible. We are available every morning between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm to answer your questions or to schedule appointments. If we don’t answer the phone, we’re all occupied helping clients. Please do leave us your name and telephone number, so we will call you back as soon as possible. You can also call or email us to cancel your appointment in time (48 hours!) or to change it. If you do not cancel on time or do not show up, the reserved time will be charged to you. You will then receive an invoice by e-mail, your health insurer will not reimburse these costs.
30 minutes is reserved for the first intake consultation. If more time is needed, we will of course schedule an extra meeting. During this intake interview, all your questions, wishes and expectations will be discussed with you. The skin therapist examines your skin and asks you questions about your skin complaint (s). The skin therapist then gives you advice and, in consultation with you, draws up a personal treatment plan. She will also give you a price indication. We make our first treatment appointment, after you have given us verbal and written permission.
Prior to the intake conultation, we will send you an information package and a medical questionnaire. We ask you to take this completed and signed with you to the intake interview. It is important for us to know your general health, so that we can take this into account during the treatment. If necessary, bring your medication list and / or a referral letter. For persons younger than 16 years, the presence of a parent or guardian is mandatory during the intake interview.
